About Triathlon
If you are into sports, you probably familiar with triathlon. If you are not, here is a short description of it:
A triathlon is a multi-sport endurance event consisting of swimming, cycling, and running in immediate succession over various distances. Triathletes compete for fastest overall course completion time, including timed “transitions” between the individual swim, bike, and run components – Wikipedia.
Triathlon is a fastest growing sport in the world and has definitely got to be in the top few.
Indeed, triathlon is a serious business, and getting in it is totally hard. With a sport like this, it requires some cautious, upfront planning and preparation. Obviously, one must possess an extraordinary aerobic endurance, intense training and guidance, good utilities like running shoes and a good bike ( which you can easily find on different triathlon store in the world wide web), and of course, a healthy body.
Apparently, training is a must to possess all of the considerations in getting in to Triathlon, but to rest is a must, too. Be assured that you plan to rest as well. Sure, you want to do enough training to become a certified triathlete, but you surely like some fun, too. It is best if you finish the event with a smile and hunger for more races. Doing so would make you feel motivated and strong. You are not training for a superhero job; therefore you do not need to be training 20 or more hours per week. Keep things simple and easy, and you will surely succeed.
