So Busy… At Work

Time check, it’s already quarter to seven and I am still here at the office trying to finish all these paper works that is deadline on Monday while making this entry, haha. But it’s fine with me to stay late because I know tomorrow is going to be my rest day, of course its weekend! Anyway, after this entry I still need to call some of our suppliers to ask for Industrial pc pricelist ’cause one of our client is asking for a quotation of Industrial pc that he will going to use for a new construction project.

So there, I think I better call them now if I don’t want to be left here alone.

Lower Back Bone Pain Caused by Computer Use

I was so busy reading articles about medicare supplement plans awhile ago when all of a sudden I felt this awful pain on my lower back bone. The pain was tolerable though it makes me feel uneasy because I can’t sit up straight. If I sit up straight a sharp stingy pain occurs.

Dad thought its caused by long hours of working in front of computer or bad posture while using the computer which I totally agree. If you haven’t know yet, my day job requires me to work in front of computer for almost 8 hours a day whereas lunch break and going to the washroom are my only rest. Then when I get home, I’ll still need to open my laptop to work on my online tasks.

Well, my thoughtful Dad advice me to do some exercise and bending stuff before I sit in front of computer and always practice good posture which I’m going to start tomorrow.

TGIF Everyone!!!

I love Fridays. They normally mean the end of a long work week and the beginning of an uber-fun and relaxing weekend for me. No need to get up early in the morning, no more calls and paper works! And when it’s a 3 day weekend, golly… it seems like I’m running around like I got the extra biscuit at the dinner table! Oh, another thing why I love Fridays is because it’s PAYDAY!
