Food I Must Avoid to Eat

…now that I suffer from acid reflux disease. As I said on my previous post, I found out that I have a Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease also known as GERD that is causing me to feel an extreme pain on my chest and abdominal pain after I ate. After the doctor diagnosed that I have this disease, he gave me some list of foods that I am not allowed to eat to make uncomfortable symptoms under control. Anyway, I will not make it any longer, here are the list of my sin foods.

  • dairy products such as milk, cheese, yogurt, milk shakes, and ice cream
  • spicy foods
  • garlic and onions
  • high-carb foods like bread, macaroni, and spaghetti
  • fried foods
  • chocolate
  • alcoholic beverages
  • caffeinated beverages
  • beef
  • mashed potatoes
  • spearmint and peppermint
  • tomato-based foods
  • citrus fruits

Okay, I know what is on your mind after you read my list of sin foods, so don’t get surprise one day if you see me like a walking stick. On the other hand, avoiding foods that I love most has a positive effect too. I will lose my belly fat without exerting any effort of doing some ab workouts. All I need is discipline and patient.
