Its All Because of Yoga
I was so amazed by what yoga did to my dear friend. It was only couple of months ago when she totally embraced yoga and join in Yoga Boston. But the result to her is really fast and amazing, it does not only changed her physically but even psychologically. Some of the psychological benefits she adopted from a regular yoga practice is it lowered the levels of stress she’s experiencing. It also help her to get rid of her tension headaches and migraines because it circulates blood and oxygen to her head, which can often prevent headaches from starting. While physical benefits is it increase her physical strength as well as it gently reshaped her muscles and her overall appearance. Not to mention the 40 pounds she loss after doing yoga.
Actually, in the very beginning she did not believe that she would be able to stick to her regular yoga practice, and doing it every day seemed like a chore to her. So as a result, there was no consistency to her yoga, it was done sporadically, without much focus. But for whatever reason though, it did changed her life. And now she have been doing it everyday.
