June 30 As Special Non-Working Holiday

Yehey!

Yesterday morning on my way to work, I heard this great news while I was inside the FX. According to report, the outgoing President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has declared June 30 a special non-working holiday nationwide to give way for the inauguration rites of President-elect Benigno Aquino III (also, Vice President-elect Jejomar Binay) and Arroyo’s last day in office that will be held at the Quirino Grandstand.

I love the news ’cause as a worker, this would mean that I get a free day off. Yehey!!! More time for me to relax and more time to spend with my family.

That’s all for now, I’ll try to update later tonight.

Have a great weekend!
