No More Night Owl

I make this plans last night that I will go to bed early even though its weekend tomorrow and no need to get up early. No more TV, computer games, twitter, and Facebook for tonight. Well, I’d like to sleep early tonight because I cannot remember the last time I got enough of sleep, like eight hours of sleep. At the same time, I want to change my growing habit of going to bed late and getting up early because I lately notice my skin is getting dry every day and I think its all because of not having enough sleep. So I hope with this plan, it will bring back my glowing skin. Maybe after I finish typing this post and reading articles about best fat burning exercise, I will hit the sack then I’m off to dreamland.
