Tips for Strong Nails
I learned this tip from a dear friend so I thought of sharing it here. Long ago, my nails are so soft and it tends to break easily even though I didn’t do anything to it. Then, she shares her secret of having a healthy and strong nails which I started doing the day after she reveals it.
Achieving healthy and stronger nails can be done by just
Taking vitamin B and enough protein in your diet. Also, by drinking a lot of water everyday can help your nails from splitting.
Skip using quick-drying nail polish since it contains more formaldehyde and alcohol that can dry and split your nails. The best way to fast-dry your nails is by freezing them.
Don’t bite your fingernails as this habit could only harm your nails and worst could cause mouth problems.
Don’t try to trim your nails dry. It will only cause them to break easily. A good time to trim your nails is after taking a bath or shower. After trimming the nails use a good moisturizer on them.
Lastly, don’t use your nails as a tool for picking at things, doing this will weaken them and may cause the nails to break.
