When it rains, it pours!

I guess it’s true what they say, when it rains, it pours! In my case, God pours lots of blessing upon me. Yeah, last month has started and end on a bright note for me.  Lots of online blessings have come my way and I am very happy to see a lot of opportunities that are given to me. Now, I’m only few bucks away to buy the netbook I want!

In other news, after a blessed month I had last month, I feel like this month began with terrible news. A high school friend’s grandmother passed away couple of days ago. I also found out another good friend’s uncle passed away last night. The first one was in the end stage cancer while the second one was in his thirties and has three young children. Both are terribly sad news. And just this morning a high school classmate’s of mine who live couple of blocks away from our house was found dead on his room. When I heard the news, I felt really bad. I mean this guy is really a good guy, very friendly and kind. He was a friend to me since we moved to that place. But we loss contact after we graduated from high school and both studied on different university. Then years ago, I hear rumors that he is addicted on drugs but he and his family kept on denying it not doing anything about his drugs addiction. However, this morning the family finally confirmed his addiction and says that it is actually the reason of his death. If only they sent him earlier to drug rehab center to cure his addiction, I’m pretty sure he would not end up like that.

But you know what? After all those bad news, it makes me realize how precious life is and to make every moment count.
