Who is Anthony Minnuto?
He is a commercial real estate investor, author, philanthropist, and a television and radio guest. He is the one who taught real estate investors on how to buy an apartment buildings without any money at all, isn’t amazing? Just as he did when he purchased his first property, a 48 unit apartment building. That property was not only his first apartment building, but the first piece of real estate he ever purchased in his life! He never even owned a house and yet he discovered the secrets to being able to purchase apartment buildings with no money at all. Also, a friend of mine told that he is an excellent real state speaker! She have been to a lot of seminars but Anthony Minnuto is different from the rest, he was the only one that she felt he taught her every step in the entire process of owning apartment building.
Anthony started out as a residential real estate investor where he struggled to find motivated sellers and private lenders. He spent years studying successful investors and found that the only investors who were financially free were those who owned Apartment Buildings. He abandoned his efforts to invest in single family houses and focused on commercial real estate. He then studied successful and unsuccessful commercial investors and found that just about all successful commercial real estate investors started out first investing in apartment buildings. Just two and a half months later, he purchased his first property ever; which was a 48 unit apartment building and he did it without having to put up or raise any money at all.
On his “Passive Income for Life” study course, he shares years of training and experience in real estate investing. His system provides real-world information written by a true deal maker, including how to identify opportunities, determine value, structure deals for maximum returns, quickly forcing the appreciation of properties and so much more.
